Kids Yoga
~ Your child will be encouraged to explore movements that will instill confidence, self-control, flexibility, and coordination. Yoga exercises and relaxation techniques are excellent for a child experiencing hyperactivity, ADD, and Autism. The benefits range from heightened motor/sensory skills to the ability to relax for bedtime.
